Biography[]
The Incision Master had the religious title of "Incision Master" after devoting himself entirely to the Ormist. During the torturing of one of Torrace's Boys, he was in charge of cutting skin, fingernails, hair, organs, and the like in order to obtain DNA to give to the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
